We do not automatically gather any personal information about you while you are visiting our site — be it your name, address, phone number, or e-mail address. The only information collected is what you voluntarily supply when you contact us via e-mail or send us your resumé. When you do provide information to our Office, it will be shared with only those staff who need to be involved to address your query or request for information. Furthermore, information you provide will not be disclosed to anyone outside the Office without first obtaining your consent. While the Office is not able to resolve individual concerns or disputes, we may, with your permission, forward your comments to what we believe may be the appropriate government office.
We do not use cookies or other web-tracking software to monitor users on our site, but we do use software that receives and records the Internet Protocol (IP) addresses of computers that have connected with our website. However, we do not use these addresses to identify individuals visiting the site.
