Our audit examined FRO’s systems, processes and policies to enforce court-ordered child and spousal support obligations in compliance with legislation. We also looked at how accurately FRO accounted for and distributed funds from support payors to recipients, made use of its human resources, and evaluated and reported on its own effectiveness in enforcing support obligations.
